You Could Easily Spend All Weekend At This Enormous Wisconsin Flea Market
Touted as “Wisconsin’s Largest Weekly Outdoor Flea Market,” the Princeton Flea Market is truly a gem in small-town Wisconsin. Located less than two hours from Milwaukee, less than 90 minutes from Madison and about 60 minutes from the Fox Cities, this awesome weekly collection of stuff is an easy drive from much of the state.
What makes this flea market truly spectacular is the great mix of vendors. From traditional flea market stalls to antiques dealers, local craftspeople to homemade food items, there’s something for everyone and you never know what you might find.
Vendors and buyers are encouraged to get to Princeton's City Park by 6 am. The market is scheduled until 4 pm, but vendors do start packing up as the crowds thin out around 1 or 2 pm, so get there early.
Though primarily a summer market, there's still nearly a month of dates left in their calendar. This year the Princeton Flea Market runs April 22-October 7th.
In addition to some vendors selling delicious bites, there's also an Information Booth that doubles as a food stand and local service groups and organizations serve snacks, sandwiches and beverages from the historic food stand in center of the Park.
While great, the food stand really just keeps your energy up so you can search through stall after stall for unique and wonderful items you won't be able to resist taking home with you.
The market is so good and so popular that it's basically put little Princeton on the map for a ton of people. They trek to this tiny town regularly to take in the charms of a great Wisconsin small town while hunting for a bargain.
In a beautiful setting with tons of vendors and no admission, it's not difficult to understand why this Flea Market has been rated one of the best in the Midwest.
You will feel like there's never enough time to pick through all the treasure here, but you've still got a few weeks to go back and look all over again!
