We all need a little break sometimes. And when that time comes, a visit to Float Light is sure to do the trick! Specializing in floatation therapy, Float Light offers a unique way to unwind and relax all your worries away. Take a look:
Float Light Float Center is located in downtown Appleton.
The center offers a couple of services, including massages as well as flotation therapy, which is similar to the sensory deprivation tanks that began to pop up in the 1950s.
Dubbed “floating light,” flotation therapy provides the perfect disconnect from chaos while allowing you to reconnect with your innermost consciousness.
Though there are several float centers in Wisconsin, Float Light has a few features the others don’t, such as the Midwest’s largest custom built float cabins.
Float Light is also home to the world’s first Orb Light Pod.
Regardless of which float suite you chose – a float cabin or Orb Light Pod – your floating experience will be nearly identical.
The main difference between the suites is the amount of space and some features, such as lighting, that can be manually controlled while floating.
Whatever suite you’re in, you’ll be floating in a custom blend of Epsom salts.
As far as the amount of time you spend floating, that’s up to you. Float sessions are a minimum of 60 minutes and can last as long as several hours.
