Cup O’ Joe, A Friends-Themed Restaurant In Wisconsin, Is Worth The Journey
If you’re a Friends fanatic, we’ve got some great news for you. Wisconsin has its very own Central Perk – well, sort of. The state’s recently-opened coffee shop, Cup O’ Joe, is Friends-themed, and it’s as incredible as it sounds. It even has the iconic orange couch the gang sat on while hanging out at Central Perk! Take a look:
Still rather new, Cup O’ Joe Coffee House opened on Main Street in Twin Lakes at the end of February 2020.
From the outside, it doesn’t look like anything special. However, the interior tells a much different story – and that’s because it’s brimming with nods to Friends.
Not surprisingly, the couch is a popular spot, so reservations are required to sit on it. It can be reserved for as little as 15 minutes (for $25) all the way up to 3 hours (for $300).
There are also plenty of other show-inspired items that eagle-eyed fans are sure to enjoy. Like a Friends cornucopia, there’s a stuffed Marcel, Geller Cup troll trophy, Phoebe’s Gladys wall hanging, and a Pac Man game.
Sure, the menu includes standards, like coffee and pastries, but there are also some items that aren’t so standard at a coffee house, like wine, beer, freshly made pizzas, and show-inspired specials.
Cup O’ Joe Coffee House is open Tuesday – Saturday, from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Sunday, from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. For more information, call (262) 448-1850. You can also visit the Cup O’ Joe Coffee House website or Facebook page.
