This Summer, Plan A Trip To Wisconsin’s Country Bumpkin Farm Market, Where Farm Meets Fun

Normally, farm-related fun is reserved for the fall…but not at Country Bumpkin Farm Market! Open for several months during the year, the charming farm offers an array of activities for all ages. From u-pick fields to a petting zoo and beyond, there really is something for everyone. Take a look:

Since opening in the Dells in 1997, Country Bumpkin Farm Market has grown tremendously – both in size and reputation.

Not straying too far from its roots, fresh produce was – and still is – the farm’s primary focus.

Today, visitors can enjoy u-pick and we-pick strawberries, raspberries and blueberries as well as tomatoes, sweet corn, watermelons, muskmelons, and more.

Of course, there have been a few changes to the farm over the years, such as the addition of greenhouses, which are brimming with hundreds of blooms.

And don’t forget about Lil’ Bumpkin Play Village and Petting Farm, where you’ll find fun for the whole family.

Lil’ Bumpkin Play Village boasts an entire village of kid-sized buildings, which can be explored inside and out, along with lots of creatively designed play areas.

Activities for all ages also fill the grounds.

Zooming down a zip line and navigating an obstacle course are just a couple of ways visitors can occupy their time.

Pedal carts and other games are on hand, too, and perfect for a little family competition.

The Petting Farm, which is home to sheep, goats, alpacas, donkeys, calves, peacocks, and more, is another perk that’s sure to be enjoyed by kids and kids at heart.

Seasonal activities, such as a pumpkin patch and hay rides, also pop up at the farm throughout the year.
