Many of them are historic and plenty still host regular performances or films. Here are some of West Virginia’s awesome theaters.

A historic movie theatre in Lewisburg, W.Va.


West Virginia's oldest theatre, according to its website. Established in 1904 and located in Wheeling.


Also known as Capitol Music Hall and reportedly the largest theater in the state. It serves as the home of Jamboree USA and the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra.
