As soon as you walk through the doors of the Historic Morris Harvey House, you'll feel like you've been transported back in time. Even the exterior has been impeccably preserved to look like a house straight from the early 20th century.
The mansion was originally built in 1902 for Morris and Rosa Harvey. Morris Harvey was a Civil War veteran and considered an outstanding citzen in his community. The house stayed in the Harvey family until 1931 before bouncing between different owners.
Located in the Fayetteville Historic District, this elegant bed and breakfast is absolutely heavenly. The love for this three-story Victorian style mansion is evident since everything looks to be in pristine condition.
The Morris Harvey House has always been a unique part of the community. It was even one of the first houses in the town to have running water!
The mansion is listed on the National Registry of Historic Homes and has been extraordinarily kept up over the years. Each room is meticulously and beautifully decorated.

The B&B is three stories, has 14 rooms, five guest areas, and seven fireplaces! Each and every room is unique.

"The Loft" is easily one of the most popular features of the mansion. It makes up the entire third level of the house and contains two bedrooms, a sitting area, and a private bath. This private area is beautifully decorated and perfect for families!
Guests are welcome to join the owners and other visitors around the breakfast table for a scrumptious breakfast, which truly caters to the mansion's cozy atmosphere!
The stunning New River Gorge is just a short drive away from the B&B, making it the perfect place to rest in between outdoor adventures.
