1. Tipsy Cow Burger Bar, Redmond
In addition to gourmet burgers and thick milkshakes, this restaurant makes some of the most addicting fries in the state. It's tempting to try just about everything here, from their classic truffle fries to "Jacked Up Fries" made with melted Beecher's cheese and a roasted jalapeno sauce.
2. Lil Woody's, Seattle (Capitol Hill & Ballard)
If you love a good salty & sweet combo, then you're going to drool over this restaurant's options. The owner was inspired by Wendy's frosty drinks as a kid, and now offers hand-cut Idaho potato fries served with a Molly Moon milkshake for dipping purposes. If you're not a fan of the combination, they also make delicious Queso Fries!
3. Pickled Fish, Long Beach
Looking for a real game changer? This restaurant on top of the Adrift Hotel makes all kinds of unique options, like their "Dirty Dirty" fries covered in pork, goat cheese, pepperoncinis and garlic. Try them out with one of their Elk Sliders for even more flavors! Their place even overlooks the Pacific Ocean, so you'll be able to enjoy some of the best views

Comfort food is never a bad idea, and you can always find some at this pub house in Pullman. Their golden shoestring fries perfectly compliment all of their premium burgers and sandwiches.
5. Boomer's Drive In, Bellingham
Who says fries have to be cut like strings? This drive-in north of Seattle makes world famous Sweet Potato Waffle Fries unlike anything you've ever tasted. You can even dip them in a milkshake off their menu to make a salty & sweet combo.

If you're hungry and waiting for the ferry in Bremerton, this is a great spot to check out! Their restaurant specializes in fresh-cut Belgian-style fries with a few excellent dipping sauces. When you're thirsty, they also serve a variety of local and imported beers to wash it all down.
10. Katsu Burger, Georgetown Seattle
