Located in Grant County about 20 miles from Moses Lake, Ephrata is a small city with a population of less than 10,000. And aside from its abundant agriculture, it’s not known for much. However, if you’re craving delicious Mexican food, visiting is an absolute must, even if you need to take a detour to do it. From casual street tacos to rich, contemporary cuisine, you’ll find it all in Ephrata. Here are a few of our favorite spots.
