Carter’s General Store has existed since 1879, offering an assortment of tools, goods, and community for visitors passing by. After a bit of a hiatus, the general store re-opened in 2019 with some modern offerings, but the heart of the store is the same. So the next time you find yourself in Campbell County, you’ll want to pay a visit to this historic landmark with lots to offer, including an inviting front porch, fresh produce, and homemade donuts.
