Anyone who has spent time in Virginia can attest to our love of wine. There are currently 230 beautiful wineries in the Old Dominion, and each has something unique to offer. Since this number probably seems overwhelming for those fairly new to Virginia's wine scene, we've pinpointed the perfect starting place. Aspen Dale Winery at the Barn is not only an incredible winery, it also happens to be situated inside of a historic barn. Can you imagine a more romantic setting for sipping wine?

Tucked away in the heart of Virginia's wine country awaits one of the most picturesque wineries in the state. Aspen Dale Winery can be found at 11083 John Marshall Hwy in Delaplane, Virginia.

Perhaps one of the most remarkable features about this particular winery is its location inside of a 200-year old converted barn. As you'll notice, the tasting room features beams from the 1800s.
