Utahns love Mexican food! You’ll find at least a small taco stand in almost every town in the state, but some restaurants really stand out more than others. Here are some of Utahns’ favorite Mexican restaurants, in alphabetical order.

Red Iguana is probably the #1 ranked Mexican restaurant in the state. Open for over 40 years now, it wins all the awards. The line is long, but the wait is well worth it!
