Halloween is right around the corner, and haunted attractions are opening up all over the Beehive State. There's a creepy cornfield maze at Staheli Farm that you'll want to visit... if you dare.
A trip to Staheli Family Farm is the perfect way to spend an autumn afternoon. You'll find tons of fun activities and a kid-friendly corn maze and pumpkin patch.
But as the sun starts to set over the farm, the atmosphere becomes a lot more creepy.
The Field of Screams awaits. Are you brave enough to enter? Hop on the tractor hayride, which will take you far out into the 300-acre farm to this special attraction.
Staheli Family Farm's Field of Scream is not for everyone. It's designed to be super scary, and during your tour, you'll be confronted by all kinds of terrifying ghouls. The farm recommends that children under the age of 12 sit this one out.
This is the farm's most popular fall attraction. You'll find new horrors around every corner, as you navigate through buildings and into the corn maze.
If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, you're advised to stay away from the Field of Screams. The experience includes strobe lights, pitch blackness, screams, and all kinds of gore.
The props and scenery are spine-tingling, but the performers themselves are downright horrifying. They undergo special training before the season starts, so they know exactly how to instill a feeling of dread in every guest.
The Field of Screams opened on Friday, September 27th; you can visit on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays through October 30th. Admission is $14.
