The drinks here are legendary. Try the Piña Colada in a frozen pineapple, or sip on a strawberry or mango colada, banana daiquiri, or strawberry or lemon margarita. You can get non-alcoholic versions, too.

The menu is full of all kinds of delicious offerings, and the portions are definitely generous. From the chicken tostadas to the bean burrito, you'll find fresh ingredients and fabulous flavors.

Order the fajitas and be ready to dig into a pile of freshly-grilled beef, chicken, shrimp, and vegetables.

The molcajete is overflowing with savory flavors. It includes grilled steak, Mexican sausage, shrimp, chicken, melted cheese, jalapeños, onions, avocado and cactus, plus it comes with rice and beans.

When you order the flautas, you'll get three and they're so big that they almost fall right off the plate. Choose from shrimp, chicken, pork, beef, or asada.

Can't decide what to get? A combination plate might be just the ticket, but you'll probably need a box to take some of it home for tomorrow's lunch.

Visit Maria Bonita Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday until 10 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Sunday.
