Utah has plenty of really amazing restaurants, but they’re often in our more populated cities and towns. Hell’s Backbone Grill is one exception.

Boulder is so remote that it didn't even get electric power until 1947! It's near both the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument and Capitol Reef National park.

Jen and Blake focus on providing more than just a meal - they're committed to the entire process of producing and preparing food using sustainable practices. Local community and the environment are top-of-mind concerns as well.
