Much of Utah consists of vast, sweeping desert, and that’s particularly true for the southeastern portion of the state. Don’t get me wrong – our desert landscape definitely has much to offer, but every once in a while you stumble upon a little oasis tucked right in the middle of sagebrush and sandstone.
