Billy Blanco's is a themed restaurant that offers delicious Mexican Food in Park City. The restaurant is located at 8208 Gorgoza Pines Road.

If you're a car or motorcycle enthusiast, you'll love Billy Blanco's. The restaurant calls itself a "burger and taco garage," and the decor is themed around an auto-shop.

You'll find cars on lifts...

...and even cars overhead.

The bar is made up of 50 toolboxes.

Everywhere you look, you'll find little touches that pay homage to the auto shop theme. From the door handles...

...to the napkin rings...

...to the sets of wrenches under the glass at the bar, you'll feel like you're dining in an auto shop (a clean, well-decorated auto shop).

The decor is amazing, but the food is also incredible. The burgers here are off the charts.

The fried chicken is to die for, too. It's marinated in buttermilk, then fried up crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

The tacos are the real star of the show here. There are six different kinds to choose from, ranging from Portobello to Tejano Smoked Short Rib Tacos.
