The town of Alameda is on Alameda Island and Bay Farm Island, and is adjacent to and south of Oakland and east of San Francisco. Alameda is 16 miles away from San Francisco.
Park Street in Downtown Alameda has plenty of restaurants, independent shops and cafes. The area has an old fashion and a charming feel despite being so close to San Francisco.
