Every year, Tulsa, Oklahoma turns into a winter wonderland for nearly two months. The city dresses up in its finest sparkle lights and prepares to entertain, enchant and delight both residents and visitors alike. Get ready to experience the joy and wonder of the best winter town in Oklahoma.
The festival kicks off with Tulsa's Share The Light event, with loads of whimsical excitement all around the city.
The first ceremony starts at 5 p.m. at the BOK Center in downtown Tulsa. There's really no shortage of winter fun. Check out the full schedule here. It's easy to see why this is one of the most festive towns in Oklahoma.
The centerpiece of Arvest Winterfest is the 9,000 square foot ice skating rink.
The rink is open most days. Admission is $12, which includes skate rental, or $8 if you bring your own skates. Children three and under skate for $8.
The indoor shelter next to the rink provides a cozy spot to warm up and enjoy some hot chocolate.
Enjoy live entertainment every Friday and Saturday during the event. The entertainment stage is located right in front of the glass icon wall at the BOK Center, adjacent to the ice skating rink.
You'll find Oklahoma's largest Christmas Tree right here in Tulsa. The tree stands 44 feet tall and is adorned with 35,700 sparkle lights.
