And with trips into the Boundary Waters and other border lakes, many Minnesotans get the chance to experience stunning views of two countries at once. Every single one of the many Minnesota-Canada border towns is the perfect place to visit and find both U.S. and Canada views that will amaze you!
1. Ranier
Catch epic views on Rainy Lake's Sand Bay and the mouth of Rainy River and also see the shoreline of Canada from this quaint town. This is one of those adorable small towns in Minnesota you'll never forget.
2. Jameson
This small town between Ranier and International Falls has equally gorgeous views across the beginning of the Rainy River to Canada. This small Minnesota Canada border town is a special kind of stunning.
3. International Falls
One of MN's largest northern cities, International Falls has epic views of the Rainy River and its twin town across the border, Fort Frances. And the views from the other side aren't bad either!
