Whether you want to get back to your roots at a heritage festival like Irish Fest, Polish Fest, Indian Summer, or want to go all out at Summerfest—the largest music festival of the world—we have a celebration for anything and everything!

Milwaukee is truly a city for foodies. We’ve grown exponentially in the food industry and each and every neighborhood is full of local restaurants that will steal your heart. If you can’t choose just one for lunch, check out the Milwaukee Public Market and taste a bit of everything.

3. Addictive coffee.

Whether you’re a coffee geek or you just enjoy a good cup of joe in the morning, Milwaukee’s coffee scene is sure to blow you away. On nearly every corner and at most local restaurants, you’ll find a local roast that’s bursting with flavor. It might not be common knowledge, but Milwaukee is a top competitor with famous coffee cities like Seattle or Denver.

The Good Land is a beautiful city. Whether you’re walking on the shores of Lake Michigan, or taking a hike through one of our 150 city parks, the views are breathtaking and you won’t want to go home!

It’s well-known that Brew City is the beer capital of the country, and although that sounds like a problem to some, it brings us a lot of pride. When visiting Milwaukee, you’ll experience brews like you never have before. Start with a classic brewery tour at Miller or Lakefront, then check out a cool local microbrewery. Wherever you go, you’re sure to find an amazing brew on tap.

7. Walkability.
