On Sunday, December 10, a magical holiday train will embark to the North Pole from the quaint coastal town of Scituate.

As soon as you step aboard, the holiday festivities begin. Expect loads of milk and cookies, Christmas carols and a special reading of The Polar Express.

Passengers will also get to hang out with Santa’s Elves, Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph, Mrs. Claus and the man in red himself: Santa Claus.

Children are encouraged to get into the spirit of the North Pole journey by wearing their coziest pajamas. Each child will also go home with a special "first gift of Christmas" from Santa Claus.

The train ride is about 60-90 minutes and will delight kids and their families. Tickets are almost sold out, so grab yours fast!

This magical event will feature four different departure times on December 10, 2017: 9:45 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:40 p.m. and 4:40 p.m. The Polar Express train rolls out of Greenbush Commuter Rail Station, 247 Old Driftway, Scituate, MA.
