Cruise Through Paradise On This Epic 23-Mile ATV Excursion In Hawaii

Kauai ATV offers unique and adventurous offroad tours through diverse Hawaiian landscapes, including historic sites and waterfalls.

Measuring in at just 6,423 square miles of landmass, the Aloha State might be relatively small in comparison to most mainland states, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of hidden landscapes just waiting to be explored. The Hawaiian Islands are incredibly dense in terms of adventures to be had, but if you’re looking for a unique excursion that will take you far off the beaten path, we know just the place.

Featuring 23 miles of diverse offroad trails, not only does Kauai ATV offer the longest ATV excursion on the Garden Island, but it’s also one of the coolest adventures you’ll ever take.

Stops along the way will highlight the filming sites for famous movies, panoramic views, and snapshots of Kauai’s rich history.

With two unique tour offerings, guests will cruise through native Hawaiian flora from the arid countryside…

...to the lush tropical forest.

The three to four-hour ATV Waterfall Tour begins near the old Koloa Sugar Mill and ventures to the benches of Kahili Ridge, where you will discover historic World War II bunkers, a remarkable hidden tunnel, and a cascading waterfall.

Make a splash in the waterfall and enjoy a snack consisting of Anahola Granola bars and trail mix, Koloa cookies, juice, and water.

The three-hour Plantation Tour is just as wonderful. Journey on plantation trails over Kauai’s most southern point, listen to the tales of Kamehameha from atom an inactive volcanic crater, visit the shoreline of the Waita reservoir...

...and even drive through a historic cane haul tunnel. This is one experience you'll never forget!

No matter which excursion you choose, you can expect to get a little — or more realistically, a lot — dirty.

In order to thoroughly enjoy these tours, wear water-friendly closed-toe shoes and bring sunblock, bug spray. You’ll also want a swimsuit and towel for the waterfall tour.

These tours are perfect for the whole family. Drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license, but kids five and up can enjoy being a passenger in the two, three, or four-seat ATVs offered.

Address: 3477A Weliweli Road, Koloa, HI 96756
