3. Walker Canyon Trail - Lake Elsinore
The next day, get ready for more fun when you head out first thing in the morning toward the lovely Lake Elsinore. With 31 trails to choose from, this lake is a favorite of veteran outdoor enthusiasts and casual hikers alike. One of the best trails in the area is Walker Canyon Trail in the Walker Canyon Ecological Preserve. Although the entire hike is 9.2 miles long, you won’t have to take the entire path to be able to take in the natural beauty of your surroundings. 4. Mt. Hollywood Trail - Hollywood
For a combination of hiking and big-city thrills, take the easy trail to perhaps the most famous landmark in Los Angeles: the Hollywood sign! On the way to the iconic sign, you’ll be able to see amazing panoramic views of the Los Angeles skyline and nearby mountains.
