Texas’ Wackiest Water Park Will Make Your Summer Complete
Your summer plans probably include a water park or two. Fortunately, Texas has a number of impressive water parks to choose from. One in particular, however, is unlike any other. Epic Waters in Grand Prairie is an enormous indoor water park that’s been called a “cruise ship on land,” making it the perfect place to escape the oppressive heat and splash the day away with the whole family.

With 80,000 square feet of fun, this indoor water wonderland has a retractable roof that allows it to remain open year-round and on rainy days - perfect for those pop-up Texas thunderstorms that appear out of nowhere.
With slides that begin inside, twist and intertwine outdoors before re-entering the building through portal-like holes in the wall, the park has a futuristic vibe to it that only serves to enhance its uniqueness.
There are nine slides altogether as well as a 10,000 square-foot wave pool, the longest lazy river in Texas, and a swimming hole with water basketball hoops. Plenty of options for the whole family to splash the day away.
An epic aquatic fort designed especially for kids is full of slides, geysers, and sprinklers as well as a 300-gallon tipping bucket. Just because they can't go on the big rides doesn't mean they have to miss out on the fun!
