Kayaking is always a peaceful adventure, and the scenery doesn’t get much better than The Medina River in the Hill Country. This narrow, tree-lined tributary with canyon walls on either side in some parts is a magical place to spend an afternoon.

The Medina River Company offers kayak floats ranging from about 2 to 3.5 hours long. Overnight camping trips are sometimes offered upon request and with at least 48 hours' notice.
