One of the largest state parks in Texas, Falcon State Park, is also one of the most peaceful and secluded. This south Texas oasis is nestled right along the Rio Grande and features an expansive lake that’s an idyllic destination for fishing and other water activities. This is one of my favorite state parks in Texas, and I encourage you to plan a trip down to Falcon Heights to explore it soon.
