The Unassuming Trailer In Texas That Serves Burgers To Die For
Us Texans are big fans of unassuming restaurants. Why put unnecessary effort into the atmosphere when the food is what really matters? Fancy five-star restaurants are cool and all, but I’d rather go to a place where I know every ounce of effort was put into the quality of the dishes. Coyote Bluff Cafe in Amarillo is one such place. Resembling a mobile home more so than a restaurant, you wouldn’t expect it to be one of the best restaurants in the city – but that’s the beauty of these kinds of places. You won’t find a juicier, more flavorful burger in the panhandle.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! See what I mean about unassuming restaurants? These places are perfect examples as well.
