Tacos are one of the main food groups here in Texas, and this October, you can take your taste buds to a fiesta of epic proportions in Corpus Christi. On Saturday, October 9, the Corpus Christi Taco & Margarita Festival will descend on the American Bank Center, bringing with it a bevy of mouthwatering tacos, refreshing margaritas, and fun activities for the whole family.

Brought to you by AZ Food Festivals, the Corpus Christi Taco & Margarita Festival is scheduled to take place from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday, October 9.
It will be held at the American Bank Center, which is located on Shoreline Boulevard.
Guests can expect nearly a dozen of the city's best restaurants and food trucks serving up an impressive selection of tacos and other Mexican favorites.
Indulge your taste buds at every turn, all the while marveling at the unparalleled beachfront views and refreshing sea breeze.
In addition to all the yummy food, local bars and beverage stations will be serving margaritas, tequila shots, and ice-cold beer.
There'll be plenty of non-alcoholic options available, too, so everyone can join in the fun.
All beverages are sold separately, but many of the bars will be running steep discounts.
With a drink in one hand and taco in the other, festivalgoers will have a blast engaging in activities such as shopping and dancing to live music and beats from talented DJs.
General admission is just $10 per person, while VIP tickets cost $40 each.
Children under 12 can enter the festival free of charge.
If you go the VIP route, you'll get to partake in all the aforementioned festivities plus enjoy several perks not offered to standard ticketholders.
These extras include a free T-shirt and two complimentary margaritas - definitely more than a $30 value!
