The trail down to the falls offers incredible views of the natural gorge, but the real highlight of the hike is the suspension bridge over the creek. The Falls themselves are a stunning 60-foot plunge over the cliff into the pool below. The trail down to the pool starts up here, but it's a two-mile hike to get there.

Overall, the hike is short and strenuous, but it's so worth it. Be sure to save some energy for the hike back out! You can park right above the falls by visiting the Foster Falls parking lot in Sequatchie at 498 Foster Falls Rd.
