We don't think there's much of an explanation for this one - who wouldn't want a lack of income tax? C'mon now.

East Tennessee is gorgeous, and the entire state is rife with natural areas that will leave your jaw on the floor.

Because people can't deal with weather - that's a for sure.

We don't bother them, they don't bother us. Normal people that just happen to have lots of money are still just that - normal people.
