Have you ever visited Watauga Lake, in East Tennessee? Located in Butler, this expansive and perfectly beautiful waterway is right on the Appalachian Trail and a stone’s throw from Boone, North Carolina. The Tennessee Valley Authority created the lake in the late 1940s, and we’re so very happy it did. Take a look at this piece of paradise!
