Breakfast tacos may be more of a Texas thing, but Nashville has done a great job with a few spots of their own. Sure, you can find breakfast tacos on the menu at a handful of spots around town, but it’s Tempo, located off of Nolensville Pike, that really caught our eye (and tastebuds!). Outside it may not look like much, but indoors there’s a cornucopia of fabulous flavors and coffee drinks that are bound to make you a returning customer. Don’t believe us? Check it out below!
On their website, Tempo claims its entire existence revolves around creating, "an inspiring environment for all types of Nashvillians." Which, judging from Tempo's interior attention-to-detail and streamlined, unique space, they've managed to do quite well.
The menu revolves around Tex-Mex breakfast food favorites like a chorizo and egg breakfast taco or a cheese, onion bell pepper and salsa stuffed Texas scramble.

There are even meal combos, like two breakfast tacos with a drip coffee for a mere $8, and perhaps you'd like to order pan dulce, a Mexican sweet bread, on the side?

The espresso bar is aptly priced, especially for Nashville, offering flavored lattes for $4.50 and an epic cortado for $3.50.
