11 Things Everyone Who’s Moved Away From Nashville Has Thought At Least Once
Nashville is a pretty fantastic city, one that continues to bring transplants through the city in droves, building out a new generation of Tennesseans from the country to the very heart of downtown. But what happens if you leave…? It’s been said that between 2,000 and 5,000 people move to the city EVERY MONTH, but there are a few that show up and bounce out just as quickly. Here are eleven things that you’re bound to find out real quick if you leave our fantastic southern haven…take a look!

Yes, a bus. A subway. People ride them and you'll probably want to as well - you certainly aren't in Nashville anymore.

RIP, delicious Nashville Biscuit House. And Loveless Cafe. And Biscuit Love. And Sky Blue. And...

Do you miss that, though? Born-and-bred southerners will, but if you're simply a transplant on your way to another town it may be fine.

You should have already done this? But Tennesseans are known for being a kind and safe group of folks, and you just left them. So.

Nashville is a great place to find a job, and you're most likely going to miss the ease of our city center.

Or maybe you already know that…

IT NEVER WAS. Welcome to the real world, guys.

Ah, yes. This is an okay thing. You left them in Nashville, so just don't go to Brooklyn or Portland and you'll be fine.

And no one else does.

You probably never will. Unless you move to a VERY northern state that has snow all the time, you're pretty much going to struggle on the road for awhile.

You just left the mecca of hot chicken - it will never taste the same again. You may as well get used to it...
Missing Nashville sounds like the ACTUAL WORST. If you’re here, though – nothing like a visit to these 7 retro places. They’re awesome to visit!
