Nashville is our town, isn’t it? It’s our cluster of buildings, our sweet river city that sings from early in the morning until late, late at night. We’re proud of this place – the people that make it beautiful, the roads streaked with traffic and the heart of the south that is so welcoming and sweet. Here are eleven reasons why our hearts will be in Nashville – what are yours?

Nashville is a city full of transplants and natives, great for newcomers and Tennesseans alike.

We're not only great with hot chicken, but every kind of classic southern food as well. There's something fabulous about a meat and three, don't you think?

Nashville's restaurant culture has grown by leaps and bounds in the last couple of years, with hip and homey restaurants opening up all over town.

It seems like every bar has upped the ante on their interior design, which makes for a stunning pairing - aesthetic and a great cocktail? Sign us up!

Barista Parlor has been named one of the best coffee shops on the PLANET, whereas spots like Crema and Steadfast continue to attract locals in droves.

Nashville is the big town that manages to stay nice and little (we think), and there's nothing better than an afternoon at Centennial Park or curled up by the Cumberland.

They all play here. The good and the bad, the big and the small. This is their home and this is our place.

Can you beat our hockey scene? We think not.

Can be weird. But we have four, fairely temperate, seasons that don't oscillate TOO much into the uncomfortable arena.

Nashville is a great place for millennials and families, an awesome spot to retire and spend a solid bit of time - especially since we don't have state income tax.
