Known for its food truck fame, the Grilled Cheeserie has since grown a cult-like following, a staple at community events and local music shows.
Thankfully, with their (two) food trucks still around - as of January 6th, we now have a brick-and-mortar addition to the Nashville food scene.

Located at 2003 Belcourt Ave, the once featured "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" hot spot finally has its own place. A low-key, order-at-the-counter vibe is accented streamlined and consistent design cues.
There's even a milkshake bar. CAN WE GO RIGHT NOW. But really, it's a milkshake bar.
The Gourmet Melt Shop features locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menus - but of course you can always order an old favorite. With the addition of gluten-free options, this is a win-win for the whole lot of ya.
