Once You Step Inside This Enchanting Mansion In Nashville You’ll Never Want To Leave
Nashville has some truly impressive homes, but the town of Franklin just outside of the city stands out as a hub for some of the most impressive that you’ll find in the entire nation. One house on Bridge Street has a lot of history to it, and it’s now open as an event venue! The McConnell House truly and perfectly captures the rustic beauty of old Southern mansions while providing all of the modern amenities you’d come to expect. There’s a reason that people absolutely rave about the beauty of this building, and it’s not hard to see why….

The McConnell House first opened to the public in 2011 and is located just off the main strip of downtown Franklin, about half an hour south of Nashville.

The house is one of the most stately buildings in historic Franklin, and it is now used primarily as a wedding and events venue.

Along with those events, the McConnell House will cater outside events as well, and boy do they have incredible food. Head chef Jason McConnell also owns the Red Pony, Sol, and 55 South, all staples of Franklin's popular Main Street.

The house itself is the perfect spot for events, with plenty of exposed brick and long windows for perfect pictures, and a hardwood floor that's just begging to be danced on.

Fun fact about the building: Williamson County's first ever jail was established in 1905 in what is now the McConnell House. Be sure to check for any secret passageways used by criminals to escape!

If you're looking to book an event at the McConnell House, prices range from $1000 to $4500 depending on the day of the week and time of day, with Saturday night being the most expensive. Visit their website for more details.

Even with all of the historic buildings in and around Franklin, the McConnell House stands out as one of the most stunning. Drive by and take a look for yourself! 108 Bridge St, Franklin.
