Your Kids Can Play With Pizza Dough While You Wait For Your Food At Five Points Pizza In Nashville
Nashville is full of hip, new restaurants, and Five Points Pizza is no exception. But not many hip, new restaurants can say they’re as kid-friendly as Five Points. Just ask the waiter, and they’ll give your kiddos the best toy ever while you wait for your incredible pizza: a heaping ball of pizza dough. Okay, so maybe it’s not a “real” toy, but it’s definitely a great way for your family to pass the time and distract you from the mouth-watering smells.
At Five Points Pizza in East Nashville, you can often find a line down the block, full of folks waiting to grab a slice to go from their famous curbside window.
But for those who come inside, there's plenty of seating for you and your family to sit down and order one of their famous New York style pies.
All of the pizzas are handmade from scratch and are consistently ranked as some of the best in the city.
While you're waiting, if you have kids, be sure to ask the waiter for some pizza dough for the kids to play with! They'll bring out a couple of balls that make for great toys while you wait for your pizza. Just don't expect them to take the dough back and make it into beautiful garlic knots like these.
Five Points pizza doesn't take any reservations, so be sure to get their earlier than you'd expect if you want to get a seat. But if you can't get a table, you can always place a to-go order and find somewhere else to sit down and enjoy it.
Even if you're vegan, Five Points can accommodate you. Just ask for vegan cheese or the vegan option for any of the items on the menu and the kitchen will oblige.
Five Points Pizza is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and they stay open an extra hour on top of that on Friday and Saturday. Their late night slice window is also open from close until 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and close until 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday. We'll see you there!
