The chopped kale salad (pictured) is made with chopped curly green kale, dried tart cherries, pecorino romano, roasted hazelnuts (!!!), and citrus vinaigrette. It has the perfect amount of crunch and a flavorful flare to get you through to dinnertime.

Would you eat a salad with sweet potato? You should! Burger Up offers everything from house local salads made with seasonal vegetables and fresh-cut greens to classic caesar salads and beet and arugula salad. You can add a quinoa patty or meats like bison, turkey, beef, chicken, or salmon for a bit of added protein as well.
