Chandler's Deli is located in Knoxville, Tennessee, and it's an unassuming restaurant that has (respectfully) gained a cult-following in East Tennessee. Well, who are we kidding - if you visit Chandler's, you're in love for life.
The cafeteria-style restaurant focuses on fried chicken, but they serve up a southern meat-and-three like nobody's business.
