The Aerie is located on the 10th floor of the Cliff Lodge. It's open for dinner every evening from 5PM to 9PM.
Start with a drink in the lounge before dinner. Cozy conversation areas are nestled right up to the windows, where you'll have a fabulous view of the mountain.
The dining room has the same sweeping views of the mountain.
The appetizers here are fresh and creative - it's definitely worth starting your meal with at least one.
The burgers on the menu are juicy and delicious. Choose between the hand-pressed Aerie Burger with seahive cheddar cheese, or the Bison & Elk Burger with black truffle aioli.
The wild mushroom ravioli comes with a roasted garlic alfredo sauce and roasted tomatoes.
The pan-seared trout is one of the specialities here. It's cooked to perfection and served with tri-color quinoa and garlic-sautéed kale.
Save room for dessert, even if you have to share. The dessert menu changes often, but always has several decadent offerings.
