Lake Eufaula State Park is a beautiful spot in northeastern Oklahoma for a family getaway. It's home to the largest lake in the state and the park offers several options for overnight accommodations, including yurts.
A yurt is a portable round tent that's more like glamping than camping. They have three yurts that are available for rental that are situated in an idyllic setting.
Step inside the yurts and you'll love the modern amenities and high ceilings. The Longhorn Loop Honeymoon yurt features a queen-size log canopy bed, two chairs, lights, and tables.
Every yurt comes equipped with heating/air conditioning, all bedding, a microwave, mini-fridge, electricity, and television. There is no running water inside the yurts but the restrooms are located close by.
Looks like glamping is a bit more comfortable than camping in a sleeping bag, doesn't it?
There are also two picnic tables, a grill, and a fire pit outdoors. Plus, tons of hiking trails, swimming, boating, fishing, and much more.
The outdoor deck and walkway are beautifully lit for a gorgeous night under the stars.
Overnight rental prices range from around $85-$100, depending on the yurt and night of the week. Click here if you would like to reserve one.
