Tiny home living is all the rage these days, and I find it absolutely incredible how much can be packed into a small space. With its small footprint, The Bird House, as it's called, is a wonderfully unique tiny home with so much to offer including epic views and a hot tub. So, if you're in need of a hot tub getaway in New Mexico, this is the place!
Set in the town of Questa, New Mexico, The Bird House is a one-of-a-kind vacation home that will leave a lasting impression. Surrounded by nature, this tiny house provides a quiet and serene escape for the ultimate getaway.
Using upcycled materials, this unique home was built by hand. Wood for the home was also locally sourced and milled on-site making this home quite eco-friendly.
In addition to all of the upcycled materials used in the build, other sustainability practices are used. For example, there is an outhouse with a composting toilet along with a shower and a sink.
The home is a 200-square-foot A-frame. While that may seem small, don't worry -- this home has everything you need! It also feels more spacious than it is. When you're not enjoying the natural area just outside the home, you can spend time relaxing in the living room area.
There's also a small kitchen with a small fridge and a stove with two burners if you'd like to cook.
Upstairs in the loft is a queen-sized bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room couch folds out into a bed. Up to four guests can stay here.
While the home is quite extraordinary, so is the outdoor space. Spend time by the fire it under the stars at night or...
...take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The Bird House is such an incredibly peaceful place to stay and I urge you to book your getaway soon!
