This elegant covered bridge was constructed in 1872, and it still stands, having stood the test of time. The picturesque one-lane bridge in Windham County is the only surviving architectural work from prominent bridge builder, Caleb Lamson.
The bridge is located in the town of Dummerston, about seven miles north of Brattleboro. In 1973, the covered bridge was included as a National Register of Historic Places.
