Snow still falls in the mountains though, meaning that you can enjoy a variety of snow sports and other wintry events.  A visit to Southern California means you will not lose out on the natural beauty of winter, you'll just be able to enjoy it a bit more comfortably.

Where can I go skiing in Southern California?

There are over 30 different ski resorts in Southern California, each with their own style and intended demographic. You'll be able to find a place you love to go skiing at no problem. Snow Valley has lots of smaller slopes and is ideal for beginners, whereas Bear Mountain is home to many freestyle skiers and snowboarders and features the only super pipe in the area! Snow summit is a great choice as well, they use snow machines to make sure the slopes are perfect even if the weather isn't cooperating!
