If you love hitting the road in search of bargains and fun, then you'll undoubtedly adore this charming roadside flea market nestled in a 1921 pecan grove. Under the shade of massive old trees, you'll revel in delight at not only the beautiful setting but also the casual and friendly atmosphere. Between antique stores and thrift shops, there are lots of ways to find treasures in South Carolina. But, we undoubtedly love a good market. One of the best flea markets in South Carolina, the Mt. Croghan Flea Market is not only a destination but also a little look back at history.
Mt. Croghan Flea Market in Mount Croghan is certainly fantastic. But, much of the credit belongs to you and all of the other down-to-earth folks who show up each Sunday.
We can't forget about each and every one of the friendly vendors, many of whom have been coming here each Sunday for 15-20 years. They bring to market a variety of goods each week.
One of the best things about this market is the ample room to explore each booth. The pecan grove is quite large and so are the booths.
You just never know what you'll find at Mt. Croghan Flea Market. A variety of items can be found each week, including antiques and collectibles, furniture, plants, produce, tools, clothes, and more!
This flea market has been in the Taylor family for five generations. The property on which it sits has also been around for ages! Word has it that Sherman and his troops rolled through here and burned the original house that stood on this site.
You likely won't find any signs of that as you peruse the goods.
But you will find (nearly) everything else under the sun!
