Ever wonder what it's like to fly without wings or a plane? Or what it's like to be a monkey swinging from tree to tree? There's a place right here in the Palmetto State where you can find out.
The zipline canopy tour at the Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia is an adventure that's too exciting to pass up.
Your already epic day at the zoo will be amplified to new levels with the add-on "Zip the Zoo" adventure.
Experience the thrill of getting into position as you cross a rope bridge to the starting point.
Then buckle your harness securely onto the sturdy zipline for the ride of your life. You'll soar high above it all on this amazing adventure at the zoo "zipping" from landing to landing. The longest jaunt is a 1,000-foot zip high above and crossing the Saluda River.
At certain times of the year you can even Zip the Zoo in the moonlight!
For now, moonlight ziplining is only offered from October through March.
