Rhode Island might be one big small town in its entirety, but it's still filled with fantastic municipalities. Some are packed year round, and some only have crowds in the summer. Others still stay pretty calm and peaceful no matter what season it is. This is a perfect example.

Richmond Rhode Island is a town in Washington County.
