Rhode Island is known as the Ocean State, and our world class beaches are definitely second to none. That being said, there are also plenty of diverse landscapes, farms, and historic sites worth exploring. Take a day trip to the beautiful Blackstone Valley and you’ll see what we mean.

You can admire the changing leaves as you hike one of the many nature trails.

This real working dairy farm has been selling farm fresh milk directly to the public since 1914. The freshly baked treats are an added bonus.

This Pawtucket brewery is known for having some unique brews on tap.
