This Oddity Shop Might Just Be The Most Macabre Spot In All Of Pennsylvania

Got an hour or two to spare, but really not sure what to do? That’s the great thing about Pennsylvania. We can find so much to do – no matter where in the state we are – that won’t take all day. Next time you’re in the Allentown neighborhood of Pittsburgh and have time to kill, visit this oddity shop in Pennsylvania that’s chock full of unusual artwork, macabre jewelry, and downright odd gifts.

Since debuting in late 2017, The Weeping Glass has become one of those shops, in the Allentown neighborhood of Pittsburgh, that everyone has to visit at least once. (And, once you visit, you'll probably want to return.)

Stroll through the front doors of the Weeping Glass, and you might just feel a rush of melancholy as you begin your journey into darkness.

Of course, as with any oddity shop, expect the unexpected - from taxidermied animals and skulls to...

Jarred herbs and candles boasting such creative aromas as smoked pine parchment, bourbon and tobacco flower, and ginger and peach.

And, you'll find a collection of unique jewelry and artwork.

Join other curiosity seekers one evening, beginning at 11 p.m., each month for The Midnight Death Parlor. The special event features a performance artist sharing a riveting tale of murder and other tragedies.

Take a walk on the dark side at The Weeping Glass, open Wednesday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from noon to 8 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
