Even The Grinch Would Marvel At The LumiNature Light Display At Philadelphia Zoo In Pennsylvania
Can anything top a winter day at the zoo, strolling along the winding paths, catching glimpses of the animals napping, playing, or eating? How about returning to the zoo this winter after the sun has set and the animals have curled up for the night? Meander along the paths of the Philadelphia Zoo, during its brand new LumiNature, a sensational lights display that boasts more than 600,000 shimmering lights.
Warm up with a delicious cup of hot chocolate; adult drinks will also be on sale. LumiNature will feature holiday goodies, too, if you need a quick bite to eat.
Don't forget to bring your camera or smartphone, so you can capture memories of your visit. All of the animals, however, will be indoors, resting for the next day, during the Christmas event.
Purchase your timed tickets for LumiNature, open from Wednesday through Sunday through December 17, 2019. It will then open nightly from December 18 through January 5, 2020.
